So Very Thankful

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  This one had me stumped, I think it was the wonky lines.  I'm normally straight and centered so I was thrown off!   But, I had an idea that just came to me and I had a really good time with it!  I also wanted to participate in a former color challenge on Stamp TV, orange, blue and green.  These are not normally colors I would use but I think they came together nicely!  I colored the flower and leaves with my Brusho's, I sprinkled the powder on my craft mat, sprayed a little water and painted on with my brush.
I hope you enjoy and thanks so much for stopping by today!

basement stamper

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks Featured Stamper on SCS.  Congratulations to basement stamper, Vicki!!  She has a great gallery, it took me a while to pick which card to CASE!!  I did go with THIS card changing the colors, theme,  he sketch and used and impression plate (Lil Inker Designs Quilted Swirl Stitch Pattern) and didn't used embellishments.  I thought the background was enough for this design.  I really like this layout and am thinking I need to make more cards, love it!
I hope you enjoy and thanks so much for stopping by today!

Let's get Trashy

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for a couple of challenges.  First, for this weeks Freshly Made Sketches challenge, a great sketch with TONS of possibilities!  Second, for this weeks Stamp TV Mix it Up Monday challenge.  This week we are to get trashy, use something that would normally get thrown.  On the far left is a part of the weekly newspaper that we get that I cut down to size.  It was this color that determined which way I was headed with my card!  I used my new Handmade Botanicals set for the ferns.  I had to use the bird from my By the Sea set due to a mistake.  Actually this card was really one mistake/problem after another, I thought I was going to have to start all over a few different times!  But, this card turned out better covering up boo-boos!
I hope you enjoy and thanks so much for stopping by today!

Sprinkle

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge, this week it is to use metal.  My card is also for this weeks CASology challenge, the cue card for this week is Sprinkle.  Of course the first thing I thought about sprinkles on Donuts!  I had to use my donuts set from MFT, using Kraft & Milk Chocolate cardstock.  I added glossy accents and Prills on top of my donut, heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and randomly added sequins in the colors in the card.
I hope you enjoy and thanks so much for stopping by today!

Our Thoughts

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  I knew what I wanted to do as soon as I saw the sketch.  That doesn't happen very often lately!  It was a quick card to make too!!  I started out with my Die-Namics Stitched Strip, then  I used my Hero Arts Prayers stamp set and dies to cut out the prayer.  I cut it out 3 times for dimension, stamped the other two greetings using Versafine Onyx black in.  I added a few random gems and the top panel is up on pop dots.
I hope you enjoy and thanks so much for stopping by today!
