Hi everyone!  I have a card for this weeks Just Us Girls challenge.  This week is a word challenge and the word is Christmas Tree.  My cards are all made so I will save this card for next year.  I think I will be copying this design because I really like it and it is so fast to make!  I used my Altenew Pine Tree stamp set, used my glue pen to add glitter on and below the tree and to make snowflakes.  I heat embossed the sentiment and added a piece of silver string to go along the bottom portion of the asperagus panel.

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for a couple of challenges.  First, the challenge as Just Us Girls is a beautiful inspiration photo with white, purple and silver.  Second, the Less is More challenge for this week is emboss resist.  I embossed resisted the snowflakes from my Gina K Home for the Holiday's stamp set and used only Seedless Preserves distress ink for this card, it is such a gorgeous color!!  The sentiment is heat embossed with silver embossing powder, I added a small strip of silver paper and a few sparkly sequins to finish off the card.

Hi everyone!! Tonight I have a card to share with you
that I combined 3 challenges. The Just Us Girls color challenge to use Blush, Burgundy, Ivory and Gray, the Crazy 4 Challenges sketch challenge and Moxie Fab Worlds Start to Finish challenge. I think these colors are gorgeous together!! I've been wanting to use these cute little hearts from Papertrey's Basic Backgrounds: Hearts set and I thought this challenge was perfect!! For the inside I stamped the hearts in the corners from Pine's Simple Valentine set, and ran a piece of Scarlet Jewel using my With Love Cuttlebug folder. Such fun challenges!!

Hi everyone!! My card is for the Card Positioning System sketch challenge, the Just Us Girls technique challenge to add stitching and for the Clean and Simple challenge to cut it out. This card was a lot of fun for me to incorporate all of the challenges and my 2 favorite hobbies, stitching and of course card making!! I haven't done much cross stitching in a while so I had to be sure to participate!! I colored my image with my Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps, cut out and popped up with pop dots. Isn't he cute!!!

Curly Cupcake

I'm back with another cupcake card for the Crazy 4 Challenges sketch challenge and the Just Us Girls color challenge!! My Cupcake Collection set was still sitting on my desk and when I saw the 2 challenges I knew I had to use it again!! The color challenge was to use Papertrey's colors Pure Poppy, Aqua Mist and Vintage Cream!! Did you eat Hostess cupcakes when you were a kid? The thought of eating one now just makes my teeth hurt, not to mention I would be bouncing off the walls from the sugar rush!! The little curls remind me of those cupcakes and had to finally use the image!! Thanks ladies for the great challenges!!

Just Us Girls

My card for today is for the featured stamper challenge on Splitcoast, this week glowbug is the lucky lady and her gallery is gorgeous, congraulations Chris!! My card is also for a new challenge blog, Just us girls!!! The challenge this week is to paper piece with adding pink as an option for breast cancer awareness. I chose this card of Chris' to case. I kept the layout similar but did not add the ribbon, left off the sentiment, different sentiment, used a punch and did not stitch. I paper pieced all but the girls hair and skin. Given the theme, I had to use my Best Friends image from Whipper Snapper, love this image!!!
