A Sunny Saturday

Hello!! Happy Saturday to you!! It was supposed to rain here but right now it is a beautiful sunny day, not a cloud in the sky, yea!!! It has been so rainy and cool here lately, I am so happy to see the sun! I have not had much time to create this week, baseball is in full swing for our son, taking up 4 days during the week and not much time to create for mom!! I am hoping to get a few things stamped today but in the mean time I wanted to share another card I made for the challenge I hosted for the Wish RAK last weekend. My challenge was to make a card honoring our troops. The image is from High Hopes, Sammy and Patriot. I LOVE this image, too cute!! I colored the images with my Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps, the face and hands I colored with my Copic marker skin white, E00. I found this great 2 sided paper at my local lss, but started cutting it up before making note of who made it. The brads I found in my stash. I attached the papers to Papertrey White Select, if you have not tried their paper, I highly recommend it, it is so nice and sturdy, takes inks and colors so well, wonderful paper!!

I hope you have a great weekend!!

Thank you so much for stopping by, it means so much to me!!
