For a Song

Hi everybody!! My card today is for the "For a Song" central theme on Splitcoast for the Dirty Dozen challenge. The song I chose is Lynard Skynard "Red White and Blue". A few years ago hubs and I were in northern Minnesota at Moondance. There is camping and outdoor concerts for 4 days. Skynard was playing one evening and as the sun was setting, they lowered the flag and started to sing that song, which I love!!! So when I saw this months central theme, that song and this stamp came to mind right away!! The stamp I used is Porch with Flag from Impression Obsession. I fell in love with this stamp as soon as I saw it!!! I colored the image and the sky using my Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps. On the flag I used my Sakura pens and the flowers I added my new Flower Soft. The flowers next to the bucket of apples I used Lemon Flower Soft and for the pots on the steps I used Heather Flower Soft. I really like the dimention and look that Flower Soft gives!!! Very easy to work with too!!! I found this music paper in my stash and thought it would go good for the theme!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
