Squares Scallops and Sentiments

Hi everybody!! Happy Sunday!! Though it is almost over. Hope you are staying warm where you are, it is very cold in Minnesota!!
First I want to apologize for the picture, for some reason I could NOT get a nice clear picture,ugh!! Today's card is for a new set of challenges on Splitcoast going through January 3rd. I didn't get to yesterdays, time is getting away from me getting ready for Christmas but am hoping to participate in most of them!! The challenge was to make any size square card, use scallops and ribbon and use a sentiiment on the front of the card with at least 3 words. And NO glitter. Yikes!!! I decided not to use any other embellishment to keep with the theme. As soon as I saw the challenge, I knew this was the sentiment I wanted to use, it is so great!!!! The sentiment is Live Life Passionately from Treehouse Stamps. The base card is Pretty in Pink, I added a layer of Dark Chocolate, a layer of Basic Grey, Blush dp. I stamped the sentiment using Dark Chocolate Palette ink on Pretty In Pink, they attached to a layer of Dark Chocolate cut out using my scallop rectangle Nestabilites. I tied the May Arts Ribbon (which is a perfect match!!) in a knot. Easy peasy!!
