Kimmie's Sketch Challenge
I am so excited!! I completed all of Kimmie's challenges!!! Thanks so much Kimmie, all of the challenges were great and I had a great time with them all!!! This card was for day 2, a sketch challenge and add dry embossing. I really like this sketch, great for smaller images!!! I wanted to use my cute Brutus stamp from High Hopes. I have always been a dog lover and this cutie had not seen ink yet, ack!!! Shame on me!! LOL!! I colored him with my Copic markers, highlight him with my Sakura Clear Gelly Roll Pen, his tag was also colored in using the pen. First I hand wrote "Spud", I knew I couldn't fit Brutus on the tag. When I was a little girl we had a dog name Spud, but he was a Springer. I thought I had some kind of dog ribbon but I couldn't find it or I was dreaming it! But I did find this neat May Arts ribbon that went well with the colors. I cut the image out using my Large Labels Nestabilites and cut a piece of Dark Chocolate longer to add the sentiment. It is kind of hard to read but says "Friends to the end", I stamped in Snow White Palette ink but I think I pushed down to hard when stamping. I found this fun dp in my stash, and I ran a piece of Dark Chocolate through my Cuttlebug using my argyle embossing folder. The base card is Close to Cocoa.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
