Hi!

Hi everyone!! Happy Saturday to you!! The card
I have to share today I made earlier in the week but I didn't want to post it because I sent it to a friend of mine Jen. This past Sunday she was chosen as the "Wish RAK-Special Weekly RAK" through the Splitcoast Wish RAK and I wanted it to be a surprise just in case she would be lurking!! This adorable image is from Whipper Snapper, Frog and Turtle Greeting. Isn't this image absolutely adorable!!! I thought it was perfect for the occaision!! As with most of my recent cards, I colored the image using Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps. I kept the layout very simple, as for a bit I was having a heck of a time putting a card together!!! The main image is on a panel of River Rock, the ribbon is also River Rock. I purchased this fun dp from Archivers a while back, mainly to use for St. Patricks day but I thought it was fun with the greens I used in the turtle. The main card is Always Artichoke. I thought it was kind of neat how all of these colors went together as I had not put any thought into how I was going to turn this image into a card to start with!
I have been coloring a couple of images today so I may be back later with another post!!
