Another double challenge!!!

Hello everyone!!! Happy Friday to you!!! I so LOVE Friday's at 4:00, the weekend is finally here!!! Don't get me wrong, I am very lucky that I have a GREAT boss and work for a great company, but I love my weekends!!! It is supposed to be pretty nice here this weekend, hubs and I have a picnic to go to for his car club and it looks like this year the weather will cooperate!! Last year it was cold and rainy.

Anyway, onto today's card! I made this card for the Limited Supplies Challenge on Splitcoast and Taylor's cupcake challenge. This is the first time since Taylor started doing challenges on her blog I have actually got it done on a Friday!!! As always, I LOVE this sketch of Taylor's!!! I like that I could use a smaller image!!! For the limited supplies challenge, the focus was to use a lot of white and clean lines. We had to use a lot of white, black and another color. I already had this cute image from Whipper Snapper, a new stamp called Ike. Isn't he adorable!!!! I colored him using my Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps. I attached the image to Purely Pomegranite and Basic Black that I ran through my Cuttlebug using my scalloped square Nestabilities. The skinny long white panel was run through my Cuttlebug using my Snowflakes embossing folder, attached to Purely Pomegranite and Basic Black cardstock. The larger white panel was run through my Cuttlebug using my Sledding embossing folder and attaching to the same cardstock. The ribbon is Purely Pomegranite just tied into a knot that I had a devil of a time with for some reason tonight!!! From time to time I for the life of me cannot make a decent knot or bow to save my soul!! Ugh!!!

In other news, my camera was not working right. I was hoping to limp it along until our vacation in November. Well tonight it decided it didn't want to work for me anymore. Luckily I have been researching cameras and knew what I wanted. As you can tell from my picture, I still need to play with it more, so please bear with me while I work on it more!!!!
