Celebrating with Taylor

Good morning and happy Saturday!! It is a beautiful sunny day here but COLD!! Taylor is celebrating a year of cupcake challenges!!!! I have really enjoyed this last year of them!! Though I have not been able to participate in all of them, I am hoping this year I will, one of my stamping goals this year is to be a Featured Cupcake Sampler!! As part of her celebration she asked her Cupcake Crew to design sketches, if you participate in them all and upload to Splitcoast by Thursday January 29th 8 pm PST, you have a chance to win $75 certificate to her store!!!! All of the Cupcake Crew's sketches are great and I plan on participating in all of them!! My first submission is from Taylor's sketch, I colored this cute Couch Riley from Hanna Stamps using my copic markers. I cut the image out using my oval Nestabilites and cut a layer of Dark Chocolate using my scallop oval Nestabilites. The base card is Rose Red, I added a layer of designer paper from Basic Grey's Bittersweet paper pad. The pink dp is also from the same pad and I used my Martha Stewart Doily punch along the bottom. I added the ribbon along the lines of the 2 papers and then added the image. The buttons are actually brads from Eyelet Outlet. I got these a long time ago so I am not sure if they are still available.
