Relaxing Rory

Hi everyone!!! I had no real purpose for this card, IE not made for a challenge of any kind. My good buddy Denise purchased some of the Home Grown Collection from Sugar Nellie and sent me some images, lucky me!!! Thanks Pea!!! I thought they were cute on the website, but in person, oh my, I am in love!! LOL!!!! This cutie is Rory and was he ever fun to color!!! I colored him using my Copic markers. I then cut the image out using my Large Labels Nestabilities, which are now on sale at Treehouse Stamps!!! I then cut a piece of Basic Gray cardstock and used my Ticket Corner punch in all the corners. Finally I cut a piece of black cardstock. I used my Pebbles Dark Brown Candy Dots in the corners. I dug through my stash of papers and found this fun pattern from Basic Gray, Infuse pack. I used Dark Chocolate Twill from Papertrey around the dp and tied in a knot. I attached the image panel with pop dots and added Liquid Glass to Rory's nose and the water. I was looking to add just a little something more to the top but not take away from the image. I decided to use the relax...it's your day sentiment stamp from A Muse. I think this card could serve many purposes with this sentiment!! My final detail was to sponge around the edges and on the Very Vanilla base card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
