Butterfly Kisses

I am excited!!! I just got new rubber!!!! Two new sets from Treehouse Stamps and I LOVE them!!! Today's color challenge was to use Kiwi Kiss, Pink Pirouette and Perfect Plum. Perfect for these brand new butterflies!!! And springy!!! I need spring!! LOL!!! I stamped the largest butterfly in Pink Pirouette and cut out images, I popped up the top image a bit to give the look of the butterfly in flight. In the middle I used K & Co. pearls. I did the same thing with the smaller butterflies only I stamped them in Perfect Plum. I then used my Ornare Paper Piercer to pierce below the butterflies. I wanted to try to add a bit more Kiwi Kiss then just the base so I sponged around the edges and dabbed it throughout the Very Vanilla cardstock. I added the sentiment using Versamark Pitch Black. The top left was really missing something, I had added ribbon but hubs said it really took away from the pretty butterflies so I scrounged and scrounged and found these flowers to add!! I added pearls in the middle of them also. The jury is still out on this card, but it is starting to grow on me!!
Friday night on the Treehouse Stamps site, we are going to have a release party from 8-11 EST, we would love for you to come join us!!! Hope to see you there!!!
Thanks for stopping by!!!
