In the Beginning...

The theme for this months Dirty Dozen challenges on Splitcoast is "In the Beginning" and that is the central theme. In looking through the dirty dozen gallery there is a broad range of beginnings but I chose spring. Spring is my second favorite season (fall being my very favorite!!), I love to see things come back to life after the deep freeze we get here in Minnesota. It amazes me as much now as when it did when I was a little girl!! One of the first flowers to emerge from the ground is the tulip and it is one of my favorite flowers!! So when Papertrey came out with the set Wishing You, I had to get it!!! I have also been wanting to use my Summer Sunrise colors in a card and the other night I was sitting on the deck and had a light bulb moment!!! Another quick easy card that I am pleased with how it came together!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
