I'm back!!! I was feeling the need to make another card and wanting to participate in the High Hopes challenge, this week Lacey is challenging us to use stars or stripes! Initially I was going to use a different image but while looking through my stamps I decided on Beach Girl Patti, isn't she adorable!! I haven't inked her up in a long time. The dp was sitting in my stack of paper and I used that as my color inspiration, I thought doing something different with the colors would be fun!
DawnL is this weeks featured stamper and I chose this card as my inspiration, I was going to use the striped paper on the whole card but it was too much so I cut it down. I changed the theme, colors (Dawn used primarily green, I used pink), I changed the shape and added the button, charm and ribbon.
Thanks so much for stopping by again!!

ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable card? I actually have this stamp on order right now! Can't wait to ink her up. I love your use of the strips on the card...and the bubbles on the top layer are perfect for this image. Thanks for playing along with the challenge :-)
