One Layer Wednesday meets Mix it up Monday!

Hi everyone!!  My card for today combines Susan's One Layer Wednesday challenge with this weeks Stamp TV Mix it up Monday.  Susan's challenge is to use a circle or circles on our card and Carolina has a gorgeous inspiration photo for this weeks challenge that can be seen here.   As soon as I saw Susan's challenge I immediately thought of my new set by the uber talented illustrator Melanie Muenchinger Branching Out.  I fell in love with this set the second I saw it!!  I knew the possibilites are endless with this set, simple or complex!!  I started out using my circle Nestabilities to make a frame, colored the stamp with my Memento Markers, adding the flowers and the bird.  I wanted to use a few of the colors from the photo.  Susan can make the most gorgeous cards without using embellishments but I can't!!  So I had to add the silver pearls below the sentiment and in the corners, the card still looked plain so I had to add the ribbon!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
