Hi everyone!! Today' my card is for Dina's Listening Ear Hope You Can Cling To challenge on Splitcost. I've had this Hog Wash image from Whipper Snapper colored for a while and thought it was perfect for her challenge. I love all my Whipper Snapper images and this is one of the first I purchased and think it is too cute!! All of the bubble have Glossy Accents and glitter applied, I was trying to make them look as real as I could. I also applied glossy accents to the heart.
