Hi everyone!!! Today I have a card for Tenia's washi tape background Hope You Can Cling To challenge on Splitcoast. When I saw the challenge I knew I wanted to use this design and tape. To me this tape is fun and happy and could really lift the spirits of a patient who is spending their birthday in the hospital. Likewise a visitor that wants to lift a patients birthday spirits!!
