It's Your Birthday

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch challenge and the CAS challenge on SCS.  This week we are to use stencils!  This was fun for me because I haven't played with my stencils in a while.  Usually when I play with them I use my embossing paste, love that stuff!!  Since there are stars in the stencil I added a few star sequins randomly on the card to bring it all together.
