Hi everyone! Today I have a card for this weeks The Paper Players challenge. This week theme challenge is Rain or Shine. I decided to go in the middle, with a rainbow! It came to me as I was going through some old photos and ran into a couple of photos of rainbows! I watercolored the sky and each color of the rainbow. The clouds were cut out with white felt and up on pop dots.
