This one is for you Janice!!!

Hello!!! I am so sorry for the lack of posting lately. Seems that mojo has left the house!!! It is driving me crazy!!! I'm sure it will be back next week, on Splitcoast they are having the Dare to get Dirty challenges. They did this last year and I was in heaven!!!! Lots of great fun challenges from current and former Dirty girls!!!! I had such a great time participating last year and I know I will this year too!!!

Today's sketch challenge on Splitcoast is another great one!!! I like that it was easier for me since I am in my slump. I am dedicating this card to my good friend Janice!!! You see this past weekend I promised her I would color up this Riley using my brown Copics that I have. Well, I didn't get to it until Tuesday. I promised to take a picture so she could see if she liked these 2 colors or order others. Well, as you can tell I did not get to that until today and I feel like such a bad bad friend!!! I hope you forgive me Janice!!! And I am very very sorry!!!!

I am also going to be in trouble with hubs when he sees this card too, see he has a yellow car, well I didn't color it yellow, but I could not help myself, I just HAD to color Riley in his brand new sportsster red!!! I colored the image using my Copic markers and the bumpers using my Sakura Clear Gel pen. I got my Taylor's Tiny Twinkles for the headlights, I applied 2, they are so fun!!! I applied Liquid Glass to Riley's car and wheels, you know how guys are about their cars, constantly cleaning and shinning it up!!! The scallop layer is from my good friend Denise, she was kind enough to cut out some nesties for me!!! The red layer is run through the Cuttlebug using the Distressed Stripes folder, I received this through the Wish RAK on Splitcoast. The long strip I stamped my Making Tracks wheel, I just had to add that, seemed nothing else would work!!!
