Going Green

I have had a horrible headache all evening but I could not stop thinking about Tracy's sketch challenge (my first time participating, thanks for the great sketch Tracy!!) and the central theme challenge on Splitcoast so I decided to put my headache aside and make a card! Every month fan club members can play along with the dirty dozen and participate in the challenges!! So fun!! This month's theme is going green and when I saw the central theme, I immediately thought of my much loved Life set from Papertrey!!! As I was thinking what to do, I thought of using my Flower Soft on the image, I love this stuff!!! I stamped the image using Papertrey's New Leaf ink and stamped off twice to give a shadow look!! I received my white and cream buttons from Papertrey a few days ago and found the perfect button for the card!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
Supplies:
Stamps: Papertrey Life
Ink: Papertrey New Leaf
Paper: SU Very Vanilla & Papertrey New Leaf

  2. Lori, really liking the simple elegance of this card; with the embossing and the use of flowersoft on that flourish is very nice!!! Great take on this week's sketch!!!
