Hi everyone! Today I have a card for the CAS challenge on SCS. The theme for the challenge is water. I had this Whipper Snapper Umbrella & Slicker image colored for another challenge that I never got a chance to finish so it was perfect for today's challenge! I added Glossy Accents to the water under her boots and the rain drops.
