Happy Bird-day

Hi everyone!  Today I have a card for this weeks Paper Smooches Sparks challenge.  This weeks challenge is:

I used this fun image from my Birthday Buddies set, colored the image with Copics, added a pom pom and washi tape.  I also added black enamel accents to his eyes.
